I just got back from a week in Tijuana Mexico and I took this picture while I was there. It is an amish man from Lancaster county PA fishing in the Pacific Ocean. There is a medical clinic in Tijuana the serves only Mennonites & Amish and that is where he was staying. I was to the same clinic for dental work.
